By booking services with The Enchanted Event Co., the client (“you,” “your”) acknowledges and agrees to the following liability terms.
1. Assumption of Risk
You understand that event décor, rentals, and outdoor setups involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Uneven terrain
- Guest interaction with décor
- Environmental hazards
You assume full responsibility for all risks associated with your event.
2. Décor & Rental Items
- All décor, props, and rentals remain the property of The Enchanted Event Co.
- You are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss occurring during your event.
- Replacement or repair fees will be invoiced at full value.
3. Outdoor Event Conditions
You acknowledge that:
- Weather may impact setup, décor, or event flow.
- The Enchanted Event Co. may refuse or modify services if conditions are unsafe.
- No refunds are issued for weather‑related limitations or cancellations.
- You are responsible for providing adequate shelter (tents, coverings, indoor backup).
4. Safety & Conduct
You agree to:
- Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
- Ensure children and guests do not climb, pull, or misuse décor
- Prevent open flames, smoking, or hazardous activities near décor unless approved
We reserve the right to remove or adjust décor for safety reasons.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Enchanted Event Co., its owners, staff, and partners from:
- Injuries to guests
- Property damage
- Venue issues
- Vendor errors
- Accidents or incidents unrelated to our direct negligence
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
6. Acknowledgment
By booking services, submitting payment, or signing an agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Liability Waiver.
